I recently found a couple of cool websites for people who aren’t musically inclined to mess around with creating their own musical works. Both are simple and certainly not going to make you a superstar but well worth trying for fun. Who knows, maybe you can even use the stuff you make for personal projects

This tool allows you to use your keyboard to makes the sound of instruments and even some vocals. You can playback and save your recordings if you sign up for an account.

Random Music Generators

This one is a bit less interactive as that you basically select settings and AI generates a beat. Like the other tool, you can sign up for an account. This one has options for melody, rhythm and chord progression.

Ello for Creatives – Great Alternate to Instagram

For some time many artists have been searching for a quality alternative to Instagram. And to be honest, options are hard to find. After playing around with several others, I eventually found Ello (https://ello.co/), a network that has been around for quite a while but has reinvented itself changing it’s original focus as a competitor to Facebook to a dealing specifically with creativity as a professional and serious outlet for artists of all types.

If you take a look at Ello, it won’t take you long to notice that it’s not filled with selfies, food photos or any of the other less than artistic stuff that fills IG feeds. It’s kind of like comparing going into an art gallery versus looking for posters in the back of a Spencer’s Gifts store.
